Breanna's House of Joy Orphanage - This project is an outreach to orphaned hilltribe village girls in Chiang Mai Thailand who are especially at risk for prostitution and the drug trade. The project was established in June of 2000 with 13 girls from the hilltribes of Thailand and the orphanage now houses 45 girls from five different tribes, who are provided with food, clothing, shelter, education and spiritual leadership by house parents and a staff of eight. Pastor Lau Chi Shee has oversight of the project in Thailand.

The New Horizons Foundations is a nonprofit tax-exempt public charity organized and operating under the laws of Colorado for the purpose of helping individuals accomplish their charitable objectives in religious, educational, scientific, benevolent, and health related activities. Though much of the money contributed to the Foundation each year is given to support existing charitable organizations, the Foundation is not directly controlled or affiliated with any specific organization.
