Breanna's House of Joy Orphanage
- Breanna’s House of Joy Orphanage: Project Managers - Bill and Mary Lee Moritz. This project is an outreach to orphaned hilltribe village girls in Chiang Mai Thailand who are especially at risk for prostitution and the drug trade. The project was established in June of 2000 with 13 girls from the hilltribes of Thailand and the orphanage now houses 45 girls from five different tribes, who are provided with food, clothing, shelter, education and spiritual leadership by house parents and a staff of eight. Free on the Inside Gospel/Jazz Project
- On June 12, 2009, a gospel/jazz album was recorded live at Angola Prison in Angola, Louisiana. The album will be produced and the rights owned by The New Horizons Foundation and all of the profits will go to help the Angola Inmate Chaplain’s program, Prison Discipleship Ministries and the Inner City Youth Jazz Project. This album will be a unique blend of the Gospel and Jazz genres with musicians from the Count Basie orchestra and other well known Jazz musicians performing. There were also a couple of special numbers sung by the Angola inmate choirs. Packaged with the CD, there will be a DVD explaining the background of Angola Prison, the changes the gospel has made at the prison and the making of the live recording.
Freedom Initiative
- The Freedom Initiative is a coalition of colleges and universities in the Seattle area that have come together to unite the city against the atrocity of modern-day slavery. The Freedom Initiative hopes to see the people of Seattle break free from the excuses that have kept them bound and unable to fight. Each year, the Freedom Initiative hosts an Unbound Conference, to educate people about the myriad of issues connected with human trafficking. Unbound features local educators and practitioners leading workshops focused on the psychological, spiritual, political, and economic concerns related to human trafficking. Hendricks Benevolence Fund
- Gaddafi Sidi Ali, seen in better days, was hit by a truck while on his small motorcycle. He survived all of the surgeries needed to save his life that were accomplished in Spetember of 2009. Gaddafi is in need of surgery to replace his knee so he will be able to walk again. The surgery is to be provided by a medical team who will in a hospital in Ghana which has the facilities needed to perform this restorative surgery. Hope Remains Ministries is a family ranch located in Michigan intentionally devoted to the discovery and enhancement of each individual’s journey to live life fully from their heart. Joy to the World Outreach
- Project Managers – Bill and Mary Lee Moritz. This project helps the tribal people in Thailand, Myanmar and China. The main project areas currently are an orphanage in Thailand for tribal girls, Cyclone Relief for Myanmar (helping families that have been displaced by the 2008 Cyclone with food, clothing, shelter and fishing supplies) and building and restoring homes and churches in remote tribal villages in Thailand. Mdala Village
- Project Managers - Joyce Halverson, Jon Halverson, Amanda and Brandon Maxwell. Madala Village is a small remote village in the hills of Tanzania. Jon Halverson is the point man in Tanzania for a government agency called the U.S. African Development Foundation. Amanda and Brandon Maxwell are teachers with AIM, serving at an International School, Haven of Peace Academy in Tanzania. Amanda, Brandon and Jon work with Tanzanian nationals who have a heart for children and a desire to see the village move forward in critically important development areas like clean water, health, education and economic opportunity.
Nepal Missions
- Before coming to America, Ruth Tidwell was involved in the planting of five Christian churches in her homeland of Nepal. Since that time, she has continued to support poor families living there. A friend, inspired by Ruth's giving heart, forged a partnership with her. Together, they have raised over $4,000.00 of ongoing support for clothing, food and education for 40 Nepali families. Ruth established the Water Buffalo Project a few months ago. Each month, two or three families are provided with a pregnant water buffalo. Three gallons of milk per day provides these families with milk, yogurt and butter. With the money they make from selling the extra milk, they are able to buy food and support themselves. Training Ground

Training ground was established in 2006, to provide a communal living setting for young men to be established, equipped and affirmed through work, wilderness and worship experiences to impact the world for Jesus Christ. Through one to one discipling and group activities, as well as work experiences, these young men are able to connect or in some cases to re-connect with their spiritual roots to obtain the inner healing they need to be able to move forward in the plan God has for their lives. Older men in the community are invited to share with these young men how God has impacted their lives. These older men share their hearts, their brokenness and their triumphs with the young men and provide guideposts for their life journeys. Participants camp, hike, fly fish, hunt and gather around camp fires to listen to the stories of their elders.
